AAOP Submits Specialty Application

It was announced at the 2019 AAOP membership meeting that AAOP has submitted a strong application for specialty recognition to the ADA’s National Commission for Recognition of Dental Specialties and Certifying Boards. Here is the the link to the ADANews announcement:

It is our hope that within the year we will be able to announce Orofacial Pain as the next ADA recognized specialty.
